Flexible Working

Join our People Team and be a part of our newly formed Case Management function, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient and consistent employee relations service.
You’ll be responsible for providing proactive and professional administrative support across a wide range of case management activity. Acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees, you will offer guidance on general case queries, coordinate workflows, and support the smooth running of case processes from initial enquiry through to resolution.
There will be a particular focus on coordinating case management activities, producing high-quality documentation, arranging meetings and hearings, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date case records. You will work closely with Case Advisers, Case Managers and the wider People Team to ensure cases are progressed efficiently, deadlines are met, and processes are applied consistently.
You will also support the use of systems and trackers to produce reports, monitor performance and share insights, helping to improve visibility, consistency and continuous improvement across the service.

About You
This position would suit a highly organised and proactive individual looking to take on a varied and fast-paced role within a professional environment.
You will have strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate competing demands and work to tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, including managers and employees, providing clear and professional guidance.
You should be comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, and able to apply sound judgement when supporting case activity and escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
You will also bring a collaborative and supportive approach, alongside strong IT skills and attention to detail, recognising the importance of consistency, accuracy and teamwork in delivering an effective case management service.
