Responsibilities

- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and minimise waste
- Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
- Support in training new team members and fostering a positive team atmosphere

Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment
- Extensive food preparation, cooking, and culinary expertise
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Previous experience working in restaurants or hospitality establishments
