Who is our ideal candidate?
- Experienced in mobile SMART repairs including (but not limited to) paintwork, bumper scuffs, and minor body repairs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to conduct high-quality repairs.
- Exceptional Customer Service, ensuring customers are 100% happy with our repairs.
- Effective communicator, confident liaising with customers throughout the repair process
- Ability to represent the company professionally.
- Provide accurate job records using our inhouse platform.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and van stock.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated - a real team player
- Full UK driving license.

What Mint offer:
- Basic salary of £40,000-£45,000 (depending on experience and location)
- OTE £60,000+ with visible achievable targets
