We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Secondary Teachers to work on a day-to-day supply basis in secondary schools across Ruthin from September.
Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the flexibility of supply teaching while gaining experience in a variety of local schools.
The Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across your subject specialism or provide general classroom cover.
- Follow school lesson plans and policies.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Adapt to different school settings with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide feedback to the school at the end of each day where required.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools is desirable.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
