Primary purpose of the job:
To ensure effective and efficient service in all front of house areas including Front desk reception, Bar and Restaurant (including breakfast food service and meeting rooms), ensuring the highest standards of service for our guests at all times.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and efficient service within bar, restaurant (including breakfast), meetings and events spaces and room service. Tasks to include, but not limited to – Taking orders, processing them on the EPOS till, serving and clearing food items, serving on the bar as needed
To ensure full and all payments are taken for all produce and services provided and ensure end of night cash up is correct
To ensure guests are greeted at the reception desk in a friendly, professional manner and checked in efficiently in line with brand requirements
To check out guests ensuring satisfaction of their stay, reporting any comments as appropriate, to ensure payment is taken accurately and an invoice is provided if required.
To make future reservations for guests on an ad hoc basis over the telephone ensuring the reservation is entered accurately.
To be trained and act as a pool responder.
