Job Overview
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control and Planning Engineers to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Adhering to Company mission statement and further company specific documents
- Awareness of Company’s Quality Policy
- Monthly analysis of key procurement performance indicators (KPIs) and their trends, with a special focus on
- 1. actual progress deviations (actual vs. planned) (on the basis of planned and reached milestones) and cost deviations (actual vs. planned);
- 2. Check implementation of company procurement plans,
- 3. Check application of Procurement methodologies, processes and procedures across the organization.
- Ensuring procurement deliveries are in line with contractual requirements
- Ensuring timely preparation of Requests for quote (RFQ) and other relevant procurement documentation leading up to Contract award.
- Ensuring development of a planning schedule in order to effectively track procurements in line with the annual procurement plan.
- Preparing and Issuing 2 week procurement schedule look ahead plans.
- Preparing a procurement progress measurement system (PMS).
- Participate in special procurement planning audits
- Responsible for the preparation of all procurement reports and presentations.
- Development of Procurement Processes, Procedures, Annual Procurement Schedules
- Management of the implementation of developed processes, procedures and delivery schedules.
- Training of key personnel on procurement planning processes
- Planning procurement bidding process, co-ordination of bid evaluation, negotiation of prices and inspection of suppliers.
- Development of an annual procurement plan i.e. scheduling and categorization of all procurement requests from all units in the company.
- Ensuring proper procurement rules and policies are followed.
- Collating information and updating vendor documentation and /or specification on sources of supply, costs, delivery, vendor performance ratings and quality requirements
- Attending procurement review meetings.
Qualifications
- - Minimum Qualification B. Sc. In an Engineering Discipline or Business Related Discipline. A Master’s Degree would be a considerable advantage.

Pay: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
