Due to continued expansion and increase in work load, Campeys of Selby Ltd are looking for a full time Flexi FLT Driver to join their existing team in Kellingley. We would be open to conversations around starting and finish times This is a great opportunity to join a small team who will be growing with alot of room for progression within the next 3/5 years.
FLT Operative Duties:
- Multi-skill functionality role covering all working elements of the depot from Goods in/Picking/Packing/MHE driving & tipping plus loading of vehicles.
- Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed, and despatched to the required standard with appropriate paperwork completed.
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments.
- Prepare shipping labels and documents.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Work in a safe manner and comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
- Ensure that all lifting and manoeuvring of products and goods are carried out in accordance with manual handling guidance.
Qualifications/Person:
- Have a forklift licence/Flexi truck licence.
- 12 Months Experience in a similar role.
- Proven work experience within a warehouse environment lifting heavy goods.
- Have a good work attitude.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to work accurately and methodically.
- Be able to build relationships with both the warehouse and transport teams.
