Relief chef required for a cafe and brasserie at a rural location near Great Dunmow in Essex.
Applicants should have at least 2 years experience working in a fine dining or gastropub environment using all fresh ingredients and be capable of leading a team of 3 staff serving a 45 cover restaurant for breakfast and lunch service.
Hours of work are 9am to 5pm and we are looking for cover from Wednesday the 26th of August.
Only UK based applicants with the right to work in the UK should apply and you will need your own transport due to the rural location.
On-going work is available for the right applicant.
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
