We have become renowned for our high quality fireplaces and associated products, and have won many fireplace awards at various trade shows.
Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Workshop Operative
for full time permanent employment. The candidate must be physically and mentally adept in providing first class working practice within the workshop environment. Methodical by nature with a keen eye for detail, along with being enthusiastic and willing to get involved in every aspect of the workshop. Must be a confident communicator and all round team player.
The key duties will include assisting the workshop in all aspects of carrying out daily production tasks in a timely and efficient way, ensuring that clients needs and expectations are met.
- Helping to assemble products in the workshop and preparing goods for delivery.
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all goods are first class.
- Use of hand tools and power tools including drills.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles. (Counterbalance forklift experience not essential, but handy)
- General workshop duties including housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and H&S of the site is always maintained.
Full training will be provided along with plenty of scope for career development, and we would be happy to support any personal development/training required to do this.

- Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm.
- 28 days holiday entitlement including bank holidays.
- Full Driving Licence required - Due to location.
- Free on site parking.
Start Date: ASAP following interview process.
Salary to be confirmed depending on experience.
