We are seeking an Aesthetics Injector at 53 Aesthetics, you will lead client consultations, craft customised treatment plans, and safely administer advanced injectable treatments. You will act as a trusted clinical expert, maintaining high standards of care, patient safety, and aesthetic subtlety.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Medical Qualification: Active medical license/registration as a Medical Doctor, Dentist (with active registration in good standing, e.g., GMC / GDC)
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience administering cosmetic injectables.
- Anatomy Expertise: Deep understanding of facial anatomy, vascular danger zones, and aging processes.
- Artistic Eye: Strong visual acuity for natural-looking facial balance, symmetry, and harmonization.
- Safety First: Proven proficiency in emergency management and aesthetic complication protocols.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, empathy, and professional bedside manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough patient assessments, facial anatomy evaluations, and medical history reviews to create personalized treatment plans.
- Treatment Delivery: Safely administer injectable treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, and advanced biostimulatory treatments.
- Clinical Safety & Compliance: Maintain immaculate clinical hygiene, precise medical record-keeping, and adhere strictly to local medical regulatory standards.
- Complications Management: Confidently identify, manage, and treat potential complications (including full mastery of vascular occlusion protocols and hyaluronidase administration).
- Patient Experience: Provide exceptional pre- and post-treatment care advice to ensure high patient satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Professional Development: Stay up to date with the latest aesthetic techniques, safety standards, and industry innovations.
