We are looking for an Office and Accounts Manager to join the team, based in Leeds.

The Role
As Office and Accounts Manager you will play an integral role in supporting the Director of 5 Floral Image franchises.
You will lead the day-to-day financial function of the organisation, including improvement and development of the financial processes and internal reporting
The position will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Ensuring accurate bookkeeping of transactions
- Updating the accounting software in a timely manner
- Contacting customers to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Recording bills and invoices on financial management systems (Xero)
- Compiling the monthly sales tracker to determine staff bonus and commission
The Person
We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive individual with experience working in an accounting role. You should be passionate about supporting others and have excellent communication skills.
In order to be a success in this role, you should have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Experience using Xero or other cloud based accounts (ideally Salesforce, Go Cardless, Square)
- Experience in accounting, credit control, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- High levels of numeracy and attention to detail
- An ability to manage a busy and diverse workload
