The Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding key industry partnerships while receiving one-on-one training from senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Proactively identify, engage, and build trusted relationships with estate agents, solicitors, accountants, landlords, and property developers.
- Pipeline Building: Manage the incoming and outgoing lead pipeline, converting enquiries into active instructions across survey, valuation, and consultancy services.
- Hands-On Learning: Work directly alongside experienced partners to learn the end-to-end technical and commercial aspects of property surveying.
- RICS Accreditation: Actively participate in structured professional development to progress towards RICS Chartered Surveyor accreditation.

- Ambition & Drive: Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to progress into leadership and branch ownership.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding spoken and written English with the ability to network confidently with key decision-makers.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to spot business opportunities, build rapport quickly, and negotiate effectively.

Earnings & Pay Structure:
- Commission Structure: Earn commission splits across 3 distinct pipelines (Enquiries, Instruction and Lead Management).
- Full Cycle Rates: Move from 30% stage splits up to 90% full-cycle commission as you learn the loop.
