Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables and service stations
- Assist in food preparation and food safety practices to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and POS systems
- Follow all food safety regulations and health standards diligently
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
- Proven ability in serving guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
