Bathshack is a leading bathroom retailer across the UK and Ireland, and we're looking for a Telesales Executive who thrives on targets, loves a good conversation, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.
The Role
You'll be at the centre of how we turn conversations into sales - handling inbound calls, proactively generating new business through outbound and cold-reach activity, and guiding customers through design consultations that help them fall in love with their next bathroom. Working in Irelands leading Bathroom retailer, you’ll have the confidence of selling from our thousands of items in stock all delivered in our own delivery fleet direct to customers homes. Based in Antrim out 150,000 sq ft distribution centre is located beside our offices which house our senior management team and in house customer service team.
Pay Structure
Band 1 £28000 per annum
Band 2 £32000 per annum
Band 3 £35000 per annum
Plus UNCAPPED commission (realistic OTE + £5,000 per annum although top performers blow this out of the bath water!)
New starters will join the company on Band 1 for the duration of your probationary period (6 months).
Following this, quarterly reviews will be undertaken to consider progression to higher band rates based on a set criteria including sales achievement, customer satisfaction, profit margin
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing sales assistance to inbound callers, maximising every opportunity using our trained sales process
- Proactively build new business and relationships through outbound and cold-reach calls to trade and hospitality prospects
- Conducting upsell calls on web orders, and delivering online/phone-based design consultations
- Supporting customers via live web chat, quoting and following up across multiple channels
- Working closely with our Customer Support team to deliver a genuine "one team" experience
- Manager your sales pipeline, following up on quotations, recording customer interactions and developing repeat business
What We're Looking For
- Proven telesales experience, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Confidence making outbound and cold-reach calls, with a resilient, target-driven mindset
- Consultative selling and high level communication skills - comfortable guiding customers through product and design choices, being super clear on what they are buying and how it will benefit them.
- Experience with CRM or sales order systems, plus solid MS Office skills
- Product knowledge of bathrooms/interiors is a bonus, but not essential
