We are seeking an experienced, energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our Air BnB properties. In this pivotal role, you will participate in daily housekeeping operations, travelling to different locations ensuring to deliver exceptional service. Your experience will help create a welcoming, safe, and spotless environment for both guests and staff. Responsibilities
- coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas are maintained to company standards
- Carryout proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and ensure customer service excellence
- Schedule cleaning tasks efficiently to meet operational needs and guest expectations
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
- Address guest concerns promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and any issues
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or facilities management setting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong cleaning qualities
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and effective coordination
