We are looking to work with a dynamic, person centred, commercially aware individual to look after our cherished residents at our residential and dementia care home in the seaside town of Bridlington. You should have at least 5 years’ experience of managing in a care home environment, possess a positive outlook, have relevant NVQ qualifications, be a compassionate person to everyone you interact with and have a proactive and positive attitude.
We offer a very competitive salary with an attainable bonus.

Come from a home that holds a Good CQC rating
Hold the relevant NVQ qualification (minimum level 5)
