Join our vibrant riding school team as a Riding School Assistant! This dynamic role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about equestrian activities, guest engagement, and maintaining a welcoming environment. You will support daily operations, assist with riding lessons, and ensure our guests have memorable experiences.
Job Role, will depend on qualifications.
Willing to work weekends is a must, though we can alternate weekends and be flexible where needed.
Will require DBS, First Aid, Safeguarding thought these can be sorted in house.
Must be willing to work in all weather and it is an outdoor sport all year round.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation and safety checks of horses and riding equipment before lessons or events
- Support instructors during riding lessons by managing rider needs and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Greet guests warmly, provide information about riding programs, and ensure excellent guest services throughout their visit
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of stables, tack rooms, and common areas to uphold high standards of hospitality

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
