We are a logistics company based near Keighley which was established in 1986. We provide our customers with transport and distribution solutions across the UK and Europe and offer our services to most well-known UK high-street brands.
Due the continued growth and success of the business, JODA Freight is now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join the Warehouse team as a Warehouse Operative to work within one of our warehouses., based in Cross Hills.
The successful applicant will have previous experience of working within a busy warehouse environment and will be prepared to take on other relevant warehouse duties as required. They will report daily to the Warehouse Supervisor and be responsible to the Warehouse and Systems Manager.
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9.00am to 7.00pm). You may be required to work weekends from time to time. Free on-site parking.
Role and Responsibilities of our Warehouse operative:
· Loading and unloading of equipment
· Picking and shipping of consumer goods
· Warehouse up-keep
· Other relevant Warehouse and stores works.
· Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping in compliance with H&S & quality requirements
· Work effectively with JODA colleagues and customers
Skills and qualifications of our Warehouse operative:
· Warehousing experience preferred
