Role & responsibilities
To service inbound enquiries to generate sales (no cold calling)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline using our CRM system
Help customers to understand the benefits of our telecom services, how we offer one to one dedicated account management, top levels of service and great value
Who are we looking for?
- Highly motivated and experienced telemarketer
- Team player, target driven with the ability to both speak and listen!
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Money hungry and a desire to progress
