Chaps is a small independent Barbers in Boldon Colliery
We are looking for a Motivated fully experienced gentleman’s Barber to join our team. Candidates must be experienced in all aspects of gentleman's barbering, have excellent customer service skills and be able to work on a no appointment basis. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work without supervision immediately. This role is dedicated solely to providing exceptional cuts and styling. As we are a small Barbers shop flexibility towards days and hours of work will be required and the ability to cover absences essential. The vacancy is a part time permanent position. Set working days will be Monday, Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality barbering services tailored to client preferences
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station and salon area
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice on styles.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in barbering, with relevant qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating friendliness, patience, and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of clearly explaining styling options and advice
- Ability to work effectively independently.
- Previous experience working in a salon is essential
Pay: £12.71 per hour
