Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and set up fryers for cooking, ensuring all equipment is clean and functioning properly

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the fryer station, adhering strictly to food safety regulations
- Assist with meal assembly, plating, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all safety procedures when handling hot oil and kitchen equipment
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple frying stations
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation or kitchen environments, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, especially frying methods, and food safety practices
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail when measuring ingredients and monitoring cooking processes
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving customers
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
