Plasterer/ Operative required with min 5 years experience in damp proofing/rendering
Job involves working in domestic properties / Hacking off / collecting materials /waterproof Plastering / rendering/ DPC installation/ Removing and refitting radiators and plug sockets.
Timber Treatments/ Dry rot treatments
Carpentry / floor joist and floorboard replacements/skirting boards
Preferably Experienced in Iso-Therm/Passive vent installation
Training can be provided where required
Must be clean and reliable worker/ polite with clients
Own van preferably but not essential as a van can be supplied ,must be able to work as a team when required
Job covers the south London Area.

Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
