Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Bar and Waiting Team Members. Based in Hatfield, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a lively venue that values community and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including barista-style coffee.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Support the overall operation of the venue during busy periods.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Barista experience is advantageous but not essential.
