Bubbleology® is a leading Bubble Tea brand, crafting made-to-order tea-based beverages with delicious freshly cooked tapioca. We strive to make a better bubble tea, brewing our bases with organic jasmine & black tea, and offering a variety of milk alternatives and light versions of our drinks.
Bubbleology is an exciting bubble tea concept. Are you enthusiastic, energetic, organized, and full of life? We are looking for a Supervisor to join our great Bubble team! You will mainly lead the team, work in front of the house preparing drinks, taking orders, and serving our guests.
What you'll need:
- Be passionate about food, drinks,and people
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform various tasks
- Managing shop operations and reporting to Store Manager
- Be flexible for a weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
- Experience working within a food and beverage environment
- Be a problem solver
- The ability to motivate and inspire Bubble Team
- Good knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Procedures.
