Duties
- Provide a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, and skin care consultations with precision and care
- Apply makeup expertly for various occasions, ensuring clients look and feel their best
- Offer personalized advice on skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to individual needs
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client preferences and addressing their concerns
- Promote retail products effectively to enhance clients’ beauty regimes and boost sales
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to continually elevate service quality
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role with a strong portfolio of treatments performed
- Proficiency in makeup application, skincare treatments, waxing, and advanced massage techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a positive, engaging environment
- Ability to work flexibly including weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate client schedules
- Certification or qualification in Level 3/HND beauty therapy from an accredited institution
- A genuine passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients feel confident in their skin
