Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales and Office Assistant to provide administrative support to the sales team while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and sales presentations.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking sales performance.
Office Administration
- Answer and direct phone calls and welcome visitors.
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and documentation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and service providers.
- Support management with general administrative duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or office administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
