We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join a fast paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for running production lines safely and efficiently while supporting quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and meet production targets
- Follow and promote all health & safety procedures
- Support SOP creation and ensure compliance
- Carry out product checks and use calibrated equipment
- Complete production reporting and shift handovers
- Assist with basic maintenance and material control
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ manufacturing experience
- Apprentice trained or equivalent
- FLT experience (preferred)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible to work shifts and weekends
