We are looking for an experienced and passionate Gym Leader to join one of the leading operators in the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a thriving gym, drive performance, and inspire both members and staff in a dynamic leisure environment.
You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding fitness experience, ensuring high standards across all areas of the gym floor, and supporting the wider leisure centre’s success.

About You:
- Previous experience managing a gym or leading a team in a fitness or leisure environment
- Level 3 personal training qualification
- Confident in leading and delivering group exercise programmes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Passionate about health, fitness, and delivering excellent customer service
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working towards and achieving targets and KPIs
The Job:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the gym, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Personal Training team to maximise performance and retention
- Oversee the group exercise timetable, ensuring a varied and high-quality class offering
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and maintained to the highest standards
- Build strong relationships with members and deliver an exceptional customer experience
