We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to oversee all hotel events, from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maximised revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and coordination of weddings, conferences, and social events

Manage the events team and allocate responsibilities effectively

Develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Oversee budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets for events

Ensure flawless communication between sales, operations, and kitchen teams

Handle complex or high-profile events and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Conduct post-event reviews and gather feedback for improvement

Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations

Promote the hotel’s event offerings and packages to drive bookings
