About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and organised Stores & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Redhill. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our manufacturing operation, ensuring materials are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately to support both production and customer deliveries. You'll play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, product traceability and quality, working closely with Procurement, Production, Engineering and Quality to keep the business running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and book in incoming deliveries.
- Check delivery paperwork, part numbers and Certificates of Conformity.
- Maintain accurate stock records using our ERP system.
- Carry out stock movements, stock adjustments and cycle counts.
- Pick and issue materials for manufacturing orders.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to Procurement.
- Support inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Maintain full product traceability and quality records.
- Help improve stores processes and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement and Quality teams.
The Person We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, methodical and enjoys working in a busy manufacturing environment. You'll have experience in stores, warehouse or inventory control and understand the importance of accuracy, quality and attention to detail. You should be comfortable using computer systems, enjoy solving problems and be someone who takes ownership of your work. Most importantly, you'll be a dependable team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and support the wider business whenever needed.
