Rate of Pay: £32,531.20 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7, mixture of early and late shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:30, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with company standards.

Take ownership of a designated kitchen section during service.

Support the Head Chef and Catering Manager with the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.

Manage stock effectively, minimise food waste, and ensure correct stock rotation.

Support the training and development of junior kitchen team members.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
