Evening Workplace Coordinator
Location: Charlotte Street, London
Salary: £16.00
Hours: 14:00 to 23:00, Monday to Friday
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our brilliant Workplace Team as an Evening Workplace Coordinator for a consulting client based in Charlotte Street, London.
This is a business-critical evening role, supporting the smooth delivery of workplace operations outside core office hours. You will take ownership of event set-ups, setbacks and evening workplace activity, ensuring key spaces are prepared, reset and ready for the next business day.

What does being an Evening Workplace Coordinator look like?
- Lead and support a small evening team of 2, helping to coordinate workloads and ensure key workplace tasks are completed to a high standard
- Take ownership of business-critical evening workplace activity, including event set-ups, setbacks, room resets and preparation for the following day
- Work closely with the Events Team to deliver practical logistics support, ensuring event spaces are set up accurately, professionally and on time
- Support the day-to-day workplace operation during evening hours, maintaining consistently high service standards across the office
- Oversee key workplace services including office presentation, clear desk compliance checks, workplace requests and post-event resets
- Monitor and action workplace requests, ensuring tasks are completed promptly, professionally and with exceptional attention to detail
- Carry out regular floor walks, proactively identifying issues and ensuring the workplace remains safe, welcoming and operationally effective
- Build positive relationships with suppliers, contractors, the Events Team and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted evening point of contact across the business
- Respond to on-site issues with a calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Maintain high presentation standards across all workplace areas, ensuring meeting rooms, event spaces and shared areas are reset and guest ready
- Keep accurate records and support health and safety compliance requirements
- Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and workplace systems confidently to support service delivery
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment where no two evenings are the same, bringing energy, initiative and a hands-on approach to every shift
We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience within facilities management, workplace services or office operations
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace technology

- A team-first mindset, always willing to support and uplift those around you
- A professional, approachable and confident manner that aligns with client expectations and brand values
- The ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
