Join the Mylos team as a Barista, focused on serving speciality coffee and creating a welcoming experience for every customer. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their coffee, enjoys working with people and can bring a positive attitude to the team.
You'll be responsible for serving coffee, providing excellent customer service and helping to keep the shop running smoothly.
Working pattern: Thursday - Sunday
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items with precision and care, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- Provide friendly, welcoming and efficient customer service
- Take customer orders accurately
- Setting up and preparing the coffee shop for opening
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment and customer areas
- Follow food hygiene, health & safety and allergen procedures
- Restock supplies as needed to keep the shop well equipped for busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to work efficiently during busy periods
Experience / What we're looking for
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Someone who is passionate about coffee
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Excellent communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
