Position: Vehicle Presentation Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Bonus
Hours: 45 /week – MON-FRI 08:00-18:00
Location: Richmond Botley, SO30 2EU

We're looking for an enthusiastic Vehicle Presentation Coordinator to maintain the high standards of vehicle and showroom presentation at our Botley dealership. . This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure vehicles are ready for sale by making sure they're clean, well-presented and photographed for our website. Working closely with our Sales and Valeting teams, you'll help identify, plan, and coordinate what needs to be done to ensure a great first impression for our customers.

As our Vehicle Presentation Coordinator, you'll be:
- Working with our Valeting and Sales teams to maintain high presentation standards.
- Checking vehicle quality and highlighting any issues before vehicles are displayed.
- Supporting improvements to presentation standards and vehicle turnaround times.
- Helping keep the forecourt, showroom and display vehicles looking their best.
- Checking new and used vehicles are clean, well presented and retail ready.
- Taking pride in delivering a professional environment for our customers.
- Photographing vehicles for our website.
Ideally, you are:
- Someone with experience in a similar Vehicle Presentation, Valeting, Vehicle Preparation, Detailing, Retail, Customer Service or Automotive role, although full training will be provided.
- Comfortable working in a physically active role, spending most of the day on your feet.
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
- Passionate about cars with a good eye for detail.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable, organised and proud of your work.
