About the Role:
The purpose of the Property Inventory Clerk is to prepare accurate, detailed and professional inventories for our managed rental properties before tenants move in.
You will be responsible for managing the inventory process from start to finish. This includes liaising with our lettings offices to schedule and book inventories, planning your diary and travel efficiently, attending properties and producing a comprehensive record of the property, its contents and its condition at the start of the tenancy.
The role therefore requires someone who is adaptable, efficient, self-motivated and, most importantly, has an excellent eye for detail.
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Extremely well organised.
- Methodical and efficient.
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- A keen interest in property.
- The role will require dedication to customer service of the highest standard, and we are looking for a highly organised individual with enthusiasm, who is efficient, motivated, and keen to help build new business.
This role is full time.
