We are looking for an experienced personal license holder who can work full or part time across the week. You must have experience working and managing a pub. We are also happy to obtain interest from Supervisors looking to step-up.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pub operations, including food preparation, serving, and bar service to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence.
- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage kitchen activities, including food production, cooking, and ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes.
- Support the training and development of team members in areas such as food preparation, hospitality, and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies for the bar and kitchen to keep operations well-stocked and profitable.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within hospitality settings such as restaurants or pubs.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques.
- Experience in serving customers in busy environments with excellent hospitality skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively and inspire staff.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes.
- Previous experience working in hotel or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Barista experience or bar management skills are a plus.
