Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Block Paver/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be proficient in block paving or labouring skills for various projects. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Candidates MUST live in BASINGSTOKE, have a valid CSCS card and a full UK driver’s licence.
Wages will be dependent on experience.
Duties
- Lay blocks accurately, ensuring proper alignment and level.
- Prepare surfaces for laying by clearing debris and ensuring a solid foundation.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut and shape materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Proven experience in block paver or labouring is an advantage
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation.
- Strong physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
