Available Roles Lead Teacher (HydroKidz)
A leadership role combining operations, quality control, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open/close the site (Supplement rate added for this time)
- Oversee lesson delivery and ensure quality standards.
- Support and guide instructors on-site.
- Manage admin and liaise with parents.
*Supplement added to each session as a Lead making up to £1,000 pa earnings*
Requirements:
- SwimEngland (ASA) Level 2 or STA Full Instructor qualification (or equivalent).
- Pool rescue qualification.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Swimming Instructor (SwimExpert & HydroKidz)
Deliver engaging lessons for children and adults, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
Requirements:
- SwimEngland (ASA) Level 2 or STA Award/Certificate qualification (or equivalent).
- A passion for swimming and teaching.
- Pool rescue certification (preferred but not essential).
