Job Summary
We are looking for a General Manager to provide leadership and management to the fleet of cargo bikes and its riders. Previous experience within the industry is mandatory and candidates without this will be unlikely to be considered.
Duties
- Ensure that KPI are achieved throughout the team and individual riders. Management of the team ensuring productivity is at its highest is key.
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize productivity
- Lead, motivate, and manage management teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to improve processes and outcomes
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and budgets, to maximize operational effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven supervision experience with a strong track record of managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead through influence and inspire teams toward common goals
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on developing talent and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for clear articulation of goals, expectations, and feedback
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, safety standards, and operational best practices.

Pay: £26,195.74-£63,966.17 per year
