We require a pro active individual to work within our City Centre branch.
As a Sales Negotiator you will manage a range of buyers, and look to achieve the best possible result for your clients. You must have a full UK drivers licence, you should also have knowledge of the local area. Duties: You will be chasing leads, ones that have been generated by website enquiries, responding to inbound calls, and speaking with new buyers who call or walk into the office. Managing your client database, advising of new property instructions. You will then construct viewings that match what the buyers are looking for and close offers for your client. Carrying out accompanied viewings with prospective buyers. The Sales Negotiator will see the sale through from offer to exchange and completion liaising with solicitors throughout. Working towards office targets and generating new business leads for valuations.
Customer service is key and the successful candidate must be able to show they have maturity, self motivation, integrity and enthusiasm be strong communicators, well organised and wanting to offer clients a first class service.
Working within one of York's leading Estate Agents we offer excellent working conditions and a friendly work environment. Previous estate agency experienced is essential. If a candidate has valuation experience higher earnings will be met through additional commissions
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm and one in 3 Saturdays from 9 am to 2.30 pm
