As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver & Warehouse Assistant to join our warehouse and production support team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will play a vital role in ensuring materials, stock and finished goods move efficiently throughout our operation, helping to keep production running smoothly and customers satisfied.
The Role
As a Forklift Driver & Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a Counterbalance & Bendi Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading deliveries and collections.
- Receiving, checking and booking in goods.
- Putting stock away and replenishing warehouse locations.
- Supplying materials and consumables to production departments.
- Picking and preparing goods for dispatch.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Supporting the wider warehouse and production teams as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
✅ Holds a valid Counterbalance & Bendi Forklift Truck Licence (essential)
✅ Has previous warehouse, logistics or manufacturing experience
✅ Is organised, reliable and hardworking
✅ Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✅ Has good communication skills and a positive attitude
✅ Is physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role
✅ Takes pride in working safely and accurately
✅ Is a strong team player who is committed to delivering high standards
