We are a growing property services company working on council housing contracts across
Birmingham and the wider Midlands. We're looking for a reliable cleaner to join us on a minimum
guaranteed hours contract.
What the work involves:
- End of tenancy and void property cleans
- Oven, appliance and mould cleaning
- Occasional cleans in occupied properties
- Work across Birmingham — must be able to travel
- Some work may be in Nottingham or surrounding areas to fulfil your guaranteed hours
What we offer:
- 16 hours per week minimum guaranteed — hours will increase as the contract grows
- Consistent, regular work through council housing contracts
What we need from you:
- Own transport — essential
- Available at 24-48 hours notice
- Reliable, punctual and thorough
- Comfortable using a smartphone — photos required on every job
