Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide essential support to children and young adults throughout the night. Your role will be to ensure they feel comfortable and safe while promoting their independence and confidence.
Some of your daily tasks may include:
- Personal Care: Assisting with daily activities such as taking medication, helping with meals, and providing emotional support.
- Life Skills Development: Helping individuals with essential skills like money management, cooking, and using public transport.
- Engaging in Activities: Organising and participating in fun activities such as outdoor adventures or attending events like concerts.
- Supporting Independence: Encouraging individuals to achieve their goals, build their confidence, and maintain relationships with family and friends.
- Building Trust: Listening to individuals’ needs and providing the highest level of care in a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.

What We Offer:
- Training & Development: Funded Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, children and paid training while you learn for RSW
- Salary: £13.28-£14.28per hour depending upon experience
- Holidays: 28 days of annual leave (including eight statutory bank holidays).

What We Need From You,

- Driving Licence: A driving licence and access to a car is preferred due to limited public transport in the area, but not essential.
- Work Authorisation: You must be authorised to work in the UK.
- Shifts: You will be required to work Night Shifts (8 pm – 8 am). two weeks rolling rota, Monday, Tuesday , Saturday, Sunday - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Skills and Experience:
