At Little acorns nursery, we are looking for an exceptional nursery manager to lead our wonderful team. we want someone who brings energy, positivity, passion, and plenty of fun to everyday. if youre an experienced leader who loves inspiring others, creating magical learning experiences and building strong relationships with children, families and staff, we'd love to hear from you!

what were looking for:
-A minimum full and relevant level 3 qualification in early years.
-Previous experience as a nursery manager.
-Experience leading, motivating and supporting nursery teams.
-Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
-Experience with ofsted inspections and maintaining high-quality standards.
-Experience managing nursery occupancy, budgets and the day to day running of the setting
-A genuine passion for early years education and achieving outstanding outcomes for every child.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-The ability to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
-A proactive, flexible and committed approach with high standards.
-A friendly, enthusiastic and motivating personality.
-A true team player who leads by example and is'nt affraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
