What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generating new business opportunities through HOT inbound enquiries, booking proactive valuations and winning instructions.
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Delivering exceptional customer service while hitting sales targets
- Working towards individual and team KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience is essential
- Estate agency / property sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A target-driven and competitive mindset
- Confidence, resilience, and self-motivation
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Full UK driving licence required to get to the office
