KPA Enterprises is an HMO Management Company managing Properties across Dudley, Walsall, and Wolverhampton.
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our Team. The role is responsible for maintaining the condition, functionality, and presentation of our Properties, while identifying and reporting issues before they escalate.
Maintenance & Repairs
Responsible for attending Properties and completing a range of routine and minor Maintenance and Repair Tasks, including general Property Maintenance, Plumbing, Carpentry, Fixtures & Fittings, Locks, Furniture, and Decorating.
Jobs will be assigned through our Task Management System and must be completed efficiently to a high standard.
Inspections
Every Property attendance requires the Operative to assess the general condition of the Property, not just the reported issue.
Any defects, damage, safety concerns, or potential maintenance Issues must be identified, and reported promptly. The ability to recognise and address developing issues before they become costly problems is essential to the role.
Requirements
- 3+ Years Maintenance Experience
- Strong IT Reporting Skills
- Possess Tools & Equipment
- Full Driving License & Vehicle
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
