A fast and fun casual dining concept Ugly Dumpling is looking for a Full-time waiters/waitresses for immediate start.
Some experience is necessary - full training is provided.
Ugly Dumpling is a global fusion dumpling restaurant with Far-East inspired classics and new favourites that cannot belong to any cuisine – such as cheeseburger dumplings or mushroom & truffle.
Dumplings and cocktails for a perfect hangout spot, an easy dining experience where we cater for everyone – whether you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, do not eat gluten or anything else!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting with integrity and honesty, ensuring that the Company is a successful and reputable business
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies set by the Company
- Responding to customer queries and complaints
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking food orders and processing them in timely fashion
- Taking card payments and providing receipt upon request
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information upon request
- Absolute control of customer allergies/dietary restrictions/intolerances
- Quick and timely service in total
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
