You’ll stay hands-on with technical work while building leadership skills, making a real impact on performance, standards, and customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support engineers on complex plumbing jobs
- Diagnose issues within your field of expertise on hot & cold services and heating system faults
- Attend sites to resolve challenging or escalated customer issues
- Assist with quoting and scopes for remedial and project work
- Carry out quality checks and raise overall standards across the team
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineers to improve performance
- Support recruitment and training of new engineers
- Ensure compliance with regulations, health & safety, and RAMS
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ plumbing experience (domestic & commercial)
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Someone ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress
- Confident dealing with customers and resolving issues
- Good knowledge of UK plumbing regulations
- Experience with RAMS
- Leadership, mentoring, or team support experience (formal or informal)
- Full UK driving licence
