Hours: 38.75 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (45 mins unpaid lunch)
We will also consider a part time applicant 20+ hours per week.

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and organised Internal Sales Executive to join our team on a permanent basis.
This role is focused on building relationships with existing trade customers, supporting their day-to-day needs and helping grow sales through regular contact, product knowledge and excellent customer service.
You’ll be speaking with a selection of customers daily — including locksmiths, hardware stores, ironmongers, builders merchants and trade counters — helping them with product introductions, offers and account support.
This is not a scripted call-centre role. It’s a relationship-led internal sales role where trust, consistency and a friendly approach matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Proactively contacting a set list of trade customers each day (relationship building & account development)
· Developing strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact
· Introducing new products, promotions and solutions (security and hardware related)
· Identifying opportunities and working with the external sales team to provide introductions / follow-up support
· Processing orders, preparing quotes and following up enquiries
· Keeping accurate notes and customer activity records on the system
· Supporting the internal sales team with general sales administration
What We’re Looking For
· Confident and professional telephone manner
· Experience in internal sales, tele sales, account management, customer support or trade counter sales
· Strong organisation skills and ability to manage a daily workflow
· Customer-first mindset with great listening and communication skills
· Comfortable using computer systems (CRM/ERP/Outlook/Excel)
Desirable (but not essential)
· Experience within the locksmith, ironmongery, hardware, security products or wholesale trade would be ideal
· Understanding of trade customers and B2B selling
· Knowledge of products such as locks, cylinders, padlocks, key blanks or door hardware would be an advantage
