The Forum Dental Studio are seeking a locum/temporary general dentist for three days per week to cover a private patient list.
One of our general dentists is taking six months off on maternity leave from 21st August 2026 (exact date may be subject to change) and as such we are looking for a GDC registered dentist to temporarily fill the position which has significant private earning potential.
The Practice
The Forum Dental Studio is a six-surgery private dental practice which offer a variety of services (some of which specialist) including general dentistry, implants, endodontics, minor oral surgery, orthodontics, advanced restorative, and more.
The practice facilities include:
· Six surgeries - all with modern and high-quality equipment
· An OPG/CBCT scanner
· A dedicated decontamination room
· An endodontic microscope
· iTero intra-oral scanners
· On-site staff and patient parking
Days/Times
We are looking for the successful candidate to work the following days:
- Tuesday - 09:00 to 17:00
- Thursday - 09:00 to 17:00
- Friday – 09:00 to 17:00
We are happy to discuss options for working days and exact timings with candidates as we can offer some flexibility with these.
Further Information
The patient list is split roughly 75% between Denplan and fee-per-item private patients (in favour of fee-per-item).
We would also be happy to discuss with candidates different remuneration options such as a set day rate, hourly rate or a % split. However, a % split would be the preferred approach.
